As the title says, I think it would make sense for cards to be removed from your wishlist at the time of purchase. I placed an order here on Deckbox about a week ago. In the meantime I accidentally traded for a few of the cards I had already purchased, because they were still on my wishlist. Making this change would bring orders in sync with trades.
