I have a question about a card and i can't find the answer nowhere... I would like to combine mark of asylum and boros reckoner but i'm not sure if it's work. If i cast Blasphemous act, the both cards will trigger or they cancel each other?

For now i'm using boros charm.

I am fairly certain that no damage will be dealt. When Blasphemous Act resolves, the Mark of Asylum's effect will replace the Boros Reckoner's ability when the game tries to assign damage. Unless someone has a better way yo explain or a for sure ruling.

I also do not have any specific citations for the rules here, but you can look at it this way, when you would proceed to damage, Mark of Asylum would simply prevent it (it's not a triggered or activated ability). As such, no damage would have been dealt to the Boros Reckoner for it to ever put its damage trigger on the stack.

The two responses above are correct. However, Boros Charm works just fine as Indestructible doesn't prevent damage. (Rule 701.12)

I'm going to chime in and say everything above is correct.

So:
Boros Reckoner + Mark of Asylum + Blasphemous Act = Not very useful, no damage occurs.
Boros Reckoner + Boros Charm + Blasphemous Act = Much better, damage is dealt, it just does not die.
Stuffy Doll + Blasphemous Act = Even better, only 2 cards and one color (or as a secondary version)
