I've been busy trying to build an EDH around Narset, Enlightened Master.

I tried to find a good mixture of cards that keep me safe (Ghostly Prison and stuff), cards that give extra combat phases (like Aggravated Assault) and cards that push my commander. I want to try to keep it low budget, but if you have THE card, please feel free to advise it anyways :)
This deck is for multiplayer EDH. What do you think about it? Any experience with Narset as commander?
