Are there any blatant problems with it? Should I include less of the low-cost Eidolons?

Format: Standard. Looking for mostly THS and BNG, I love this kind of deck and I want it to stay useable for a while.
Budget: For a cheapie deck like this, mostly uncommons, I'd say I only want to spend ~$30 more. As it shows in the decklist, I already own a few.
Setting: FNM at LGS, lots of Esper control and Black Devotion going around.

Format? Budget? Quality of opponents/setting?
