This deck has been created for the purpose of casual games only. It uses cheap blue/red instants and sorceries to boost cards like Nivix Cyclops to hit hard and fast. Ideally, A turn 5 win would come from Nivix Cyclops with Titan's Strength and Assault Strobe. I've included a few 'filler' blue cards until I can find a replacement:Invisible Stalker, Fog Bank, Aether Figment, and Talrand, Sky Summoner. While they do help (especially the unblockables), I feel they could be replaced with more powerful cards.

Any and all advice is appreciated as this is my first aggressive deck.

So first off, I'd suggest you change the notation from "standard" in the title to "casual" as Assault Strobe certainly isn't standard legal.

Secondly, I would suggest you google Travis Woo's Nivix Blitz deck as it was actually an interesting build that was standard legal not long ago that centered on Nivix Cyclops with a rather decent success rate.

Thanks, I changed the title accordingly. In regards to Travis Woo's deck I haven't seen it before but it looks great; I do want to stick to blue/red though and if possible, not break the budget on too many cards from his deck.
