So perhaps I'm odd here, but I think it would be a good idea to simply change your general to another Grixis option. I was also stoked to build a Mishra deck, but, as you can only have one of each card in EDH, his ability is completely irrelevant. Thankfully Grixis actually has 3-4 decent general options out there to choose between.

I can take a closer look at the build, but that would be my biggest suggestion.

My goal with the deck is to make Mishra "work." And really he's got some really good combos and his ability is really underestimated for making his cards "uncounterable". I just personally feel he's underestimated and wanted to see how many other ways people have found that he could possibly be abused.

So I'd give this a whirl...
