The Gatherer's text for Leyline of Sanctity is "you have hexproof". Yet when I do an Advance Search for "you have hexproof":

Looks like DB is using the card text instead of the oracle text. Search "You can't be the target of" and it will show up. I agree in that I think it would be better to use the oracle text.
Maybe they could do both. Have a Rules Text option and an Oracle Rules Text option.
That could work also.
