So I am going to start running this b/w (splash green) warrior/soldier deck. I have it worked out I feel but not sure the exact way I need to tweak it. I don't know if I leave myself to open to removal and then sitting there with no board presence. Thoughts?

I think you need to pick one or the other of the tribals. Soldiers or Warriors. You could then run a few Obelisk of Urd and drop the Incremental Growth .

Also you should be running 4 Abzan Charm in my opinion. It does everything you're wanting to do.

I'd replace Murderous Cut with Hero's Downfall, and then add some removal for specific things in your side board.

Mainly you want to get your toughness above 3 to get out of Anger of the Gods range of board wipe.
