The ban is indeed permanent, and for all accounts he will make in the future that we will know about.

Palinchron is your man than. If you have any mana doubler out (caged sun, gauntlet of power) and 6 Lands, you can get infinite mana cause everytime you play Palinchron then use his ability to return to your hand, you net 1 additional mana each time. Combine that with Memnarch and there you go.

Oh I know what your was going (my Orzhov Deck is pretty similiar) for but the issue I really have with him (an old GC for that matter) is that he only can hit 1 player with his Drain. If he did Syphon mind type effect Id have no comment lol. But since he only can drain 1 person, it just takes forever.

Personally I would cut Obzedat. Hes kinda underpower compared to the Original GC. He may be better as the General in 1v1 but as one of the 99 hes just kinda blinks and has no evasion. The life drain is the best part but the fact that he doesnt stick around for your next players turn really makes me not like him. I

Its kinda the easy answer but I would suggest each one of you buy the new commander decks that are coming out.
A. They are 25-30 each so that falls well within your budget per player
B. Being that they are all precontructed, they are all somewhat nerfed in power level so no one is going to be heads and shoulders stronger than the other 2.
C. They are the best way to get started in both learning EDH and getting a deck started. Once you learn how each deck plays it makes it easier to see what you can look to add and trade for.
If your looking for deck ideas feel free to check my profile. Something I try to do with all my decks (I usually have about 12 built at time) is to make sure no one deck runs the same "staples" as another. Some staples you just have to run in certain colors, ie Path to exile & Cultivate, but its makes things a little more changing to not always run the best cards. It makes things more fun and tones down your deck.

Deckbox never actually differentiated between foils. Its really the only thing that this site doesnt do at all. As all ready stated you just have to go to TCGplayer.com and actually lookup the price of the foil.

The tutor was just an Uncommon of the Demon deck. The Premium foils of that particular set were Akroma, Angel of Wrath and Lord of the Pit.

I just wanted to point out to you that the Demonic Tutor that comes in the Angel vs. Demons Duel Deck is not Foil. The only foil version that exists is the Judge Promo version which (http://store.tcgplayer.com/magic/judge- … onic-tutor) is not cheap lol.

I think the moral of the story is just to go to the PO. Walk in, Say "I need this to go to Canada", Pay the 30 some cents and away I go.
Ive done a few trades with people up North (1 currently) and aside the added wait time of having the cards arrive (which is usually only an extra day or 2) Its been pretty simple. I feel alittle uneasy not being able to send with tracking for thing of higher value, but so far (knock on wood) I have not a had a reason to stop.

Only when addresses are exchanged is the trade consider accepted and the both people are then responsible for getting the cards sent out. Unfortunately it just sounds like the other person in your deal decided to change his mind and do something else with the Snaps.
You could leave 0 or negative feedback in the cancelled trade but that doesnt do anything to a person overall feedback.
