Add something about eBay sold listing when looking for an asking price.  They generally show how much people would actually pay for a card (i.e. fair market value).

A cursory glance shows multiple listings ending at ~$100, a really good deal at $83, and a couple at $110.  The FTV version seems to be more in demand but they're both within $10 of each other.  So if I were to try selling a FTV Jace, I would set my price depending on how fast I want it gone.  If I want it gone ASAP, I would sell at $100.  If I don't mind waiting, I would set it at $110.

Just a note, as for the lands they will be facing stiff competition from the Mirrodin Beseiged block lands as well as from the X edition pain lands for modern play.  None will see any play in legacy.  All will see play in EDH decks.

Cards I believe will see play are:

Restoration Angel - Sees play in Modern in kiki-Jiki pod decks since it infinite combos with Kiki

Bonfire of the Damned - Really just too slow. EDH doesnt want it cause it only hit 1 player and Modern and Legacy have better uses of mana

Terminus - This sees play in Legacy Miracles and with things like Brainstorm and Top, this a really safe bet to hold value. Tucking in EDH is huge too so solid card there.

Entreat the Angels - Same as Bonfire. Just too slow and there are better options in EDH (Decree of Justice).

Falkenrath Aristocrat - People love tribal and this is one.

Geralf's Messenger - Really heavy on the mana cost and there really isnt a mono black control deck yet that would make this take off. Im not hating on this but I just dont see it any where.

Geist of Saint Traft - Boggle Auras in Modern and U/W in Legacy use him. Hes legendary to so EDH like his commander status. Really anything with Hexproof is a win.

Gravecrawler - zombie decks, mono black control, B/G speed (risk - 2/5 personal belief, otherwise 3/5) - Agreed

Liliana of the Veil - any deck with black (risk 1/5, already sees legacy & Modern play) If you can get her cheap you should

Huntmaster of the Fells - May see some play in Modern Jund Builds but not really anything else.

Olivia Valderan - More than likely to see play in modern but good in EDH
Grim Grin, Corpse Born - Really good EDH General
Garruk Relentless - Planeswalkers are always casually popular.
Honorable Mention Non- Rare -Invisible Stalker - Really strong card and sees play in both modern and EDH.

Dark Ascension -
Thalia, Guardian of Thraben - Sees alot of play in Death&Taxes
Mikeus the Unhallowed - Good in EDH cause he Combos with Triskelion.
Sorin, Lord of Innistrad- See Garruk Relentless.
Honorable Mention Non-Rare - Lingering Souls. Sees play in Modern Soul Sisters and Death&Taxes.

Avacyn Restored
Avacyn, Angel of Hope - EDH POWERHOUSE. Play against her and tell me shes not annoying as hell.
Any of the Powder Puff Girl Angels (Gisela, Sigarda, Bruna) - Super strong and Great EDH Generals in their colors.
Griselbrand - Omini-Tell and Sneak and Show decks in Legacy love him.
Tamiyo - SEE Above
Vexing Devil- Has ALOT of Potential in Red Decks.
Craterhoof - Token Swarm in EDH is a thing. this guy wins that race.
Honorable Mention Non-Rare - Blood Artist - Used alot where Gravecrawler is used.

A couple of these already see some modern and legacy play but others Im not to fond of. Since you kinda hit major ones Ill just give my opinion on them.

Sweet!  I wonder if Dave and Adams still has part of my collection that I sold to them almost a year ago.  One day, when the Sabres play on a Saturday i'll get out there for a FNM.

I don't understand the being forced to send first because someone has a bunch more trades than a person. I didn't even have a trade yet and the person I negotiated with sent first. We are doing an almost 100$ deal. someone can just fluff their trades by sending out a bunch of dollar cards back and forth until they get 30 feedback then decide they are going to badtrade a tarmogoyf and split. I realize this will stop alot of my deals but I won't ever send first. I know i'm trustworthy, other people not so much. 

This site needs to do a little better at letting you know if you are trading with an established adult or a 16 year old. You don't even know people's ages or anything. I find it weird that where you can trade 100$'s os dollars of cards you don't even have a person DOB.

I've honestly found the trading window (found on the homepage) to be next to useless.  It's either people who I've exhausted my trading possibilities with, or people who haven't logged in in over a year.

Similarly, viewing the card and going to Tradelist is also terrible: there are 64(!) pages of people with Cavern of Souls listed on their tradelist.  If I want to find one for trade, that's about 450(!) different profiles I need to open in new tabs to see if they've been active recently and they have an equitable trade.  The only time I find this particular method to be useful is when the card is recently released and so only active traders have put it on their tradelist.  If the card is two years old, then you'll spend forever trying to find a trader.

If you do want to do it this way, I've found that hovering over their icon for last activity time is usually slower for me than simply opening 21-28 tabs at once, and then ctrl-w'ing through them all at once.  You can find last logged in times much easier that way.  Ideally, it would sort by last login time instead of distance (seriously, it's one query change!  c'mon!), but we have to deal with what we have to deal with.

How do I find active traders to trade with?  I open up the finished trades of active traders and see who they have been trading with and open up all those users.  At least then you know you're only looking at the trade binders of people who are actually interested in trading.
