It's a great idea!
I've been doing the same thing. I currently have at least one of each non-foil planeswalker (with the exception of Garruk and Chandra from m14 and theros), but I do not have every edition.
I'm undecided if edition is really important.... do I really want m11, m12, m13, m14, etc copies of the same planeswalker?
I do have a few foils, and some alternate art promos.
It's one of my favorite MTG collections.

Set up a trade if you want to sell. I'm thinking I'll pay 50% up front and 50% on receipt assuming you have a reasonable amount of feedback.

Agreed - I state on my profile that nothing in my inventory is off limits, but I'll likely ask for better value or at least be more picky what I'm willing to trade for.
This way I at least set the expectation and don't look like a jerk for saying I'm not willing to trade my Blacker Lotus for your Steamflogger Boss.

I don't see the issue.
You've said you are willing to negotiate. Clearly everyone knows the approximate value of cards.
If someone wishes to make an offer, that's their right.
If you choose to accept or decline, that's yours.
Why is everyone so angry?
I would never speak to someone in person the way that some people do on these forums.

I didn't see this specifically listed, sometime back in June-ish time frame I submitted a suggestion to deckbox via contact us.
The suggestion was a feature that when you searched for a MTG card, it would return results of db users that have that card on their wishlist.
I really believe this would be a fantastic feature for people looking to facilitate trades.
Someone from db responded to me to tell me that co-incidentally, db was launching a number of new features "next month" and this request would be one of them.
As far as I can tell this function is not yet live, and that was about 3 or 4 months ago. I just wanted to find out if this is still intended to be launced.

I don't know if it is against policy, but I would probably provide positive feedback, but in my comment clearly state that shipping took longer than expected.
Like " + - Did not ship cards immediately, but after an extra week I did receive the cards as promised."
I always try to send next day, and if I cannot I always try to tell who I am trading with when I will be able to before they send their cards.
