Some advise when selling a collection

Typically, a buying will buy for 60% of the cards they can sell/trade off, normally everything over 5$

If the collection is expansive then it gets more complicated. I typically buy at

60-80% of expensive format staple
50-70% of expensive cards that arent format staples
40-60% of playable cards that arent 'staples', or everything over 5$ depending on size of collection

the percentage is dependent on the collection, the person, how much I feel like paying at the time, condition of cards, number of cards, how quickly they need to sell.

I wouldn't expect you would get anywhere near $700. I doubt a trader would offer more than $400, at a stretch.

Just some advise for pricing a collection.

The way I and other people I know who buy collections, price collections is normally something along the lines of

60-80% of the price of all modern/legacy staples
50-70% of the price of all format playables
40-60% of the price of all 5$+ cards not played in competitive contrstucted formats
everything else is a throw in.

For less valuable collections, its sometimes easier to do 60% of everything $5+
40% of everything 1-5$
everything else is throw in, such as when buying standard collections and whatnot.

This does vary from collection to collection, for a collection with a high amount of staples that are easy to trade or sell on, you will get closer to 80%.

This makes it a good deal for the person selling the colletion, as they are getting a good price with minimal effort for selling cards, as well as a good deal for the person buying, as pricing and selling as singles takes a long time to make your monies worth.

This assumes all cards are NM. Expensive but hard to ship cards (unplayable alpha cards for example) you will not get lots of money for as part of a collection. Damaged cards will likely not be counted when pricing a collection.

If the person buying the collection is buying for personal use, and not to trade/sell on, then they are probably more likely to give you more money for it.

Darksteel Colossus sees very little play in any playgroup I've seen.

Both Akroma's are just big dumb beaters, hardly staples.

Woodland Guidance? Thicket Elemental? Moments Peace? Hibernation’s End? Elven Caache? None of these are staples.

This list is no more than a list of cards someone thinks are good in EDH. They are not staples, there is no data to back them up, its just a list of 'good' cards, half of which aren't great in edh and definitely not stapled, many of which are banned in EDH.

No one will buy collections for the tcg low, its foolish to even think tp put your buy it now at that point. tcg low is how much you could seel it if you sold it as singles over time. You are sellling it as a collection. It only makes sense for someone to buy it for a lot cheaper if they can then flip some of the cards. The typical buying price for collections is 60% of the price of the playable cards. Bulk commons go for 5 for 1000, bulk uncommons go for 500 for 5. bulk rares go for 250 for 5.

I also suggest if you want to sell your collection, sell JTMS seperately. You'll get close to market price selling Jace, you wont get near close to market price selling your collection.
