1.1 By performing trades on deckbox you agree to abide by all following rules and to not bring legal action against Deckbox or its staff for any reason.
Therefore, traders cannot override Deckbox rules.

If you ship using a top loader in a plain white envelope it should be $1.10 - depending on weight. No need to fill out a customs form either.

Probably but that's something that can only be done by the Deckbox Team. Mods have only been granted thread controls (Move, Delete, Copy, Close, Stick) and do NOT have the same access as Community Admins.

I noticed that there's a filter for where users will trade. The current options are local, my country, or worldwide. Are these options still the same in the new release? I'm asking because I am willing to trade within Canada and United States but have set it to "my country" since that was the closest option. How will this affect usernames showing up searches?

If your trade partner does not respond to the BTR, the Deckbox Team will allow you to leave negative feedback and he will be added to the Scammers List that can be found here: http://deckbox.org/forum/viewtopic.php?id=5651
If he does respond, the following options will be available - assuming he did not use tracking:
He resends the cards agreed upon
He sends compensation and you send your cards as agreed
Cancel the trade, in which case you may only leave positive or neutral feedbacks

Do you know if he used tracking? Either way, it sounds like you need assistance in contacting your trade partner and the next step in reaching a solution requires his input. Again, I suggest opening a BTR so the Deckbox Team can determine whether the trader is still active or not.

That's definitely something to consider. A concern that I've brought up to Sebi before is that users can change their profile name, which also happens to be their profile URL. This can make them harder to track. In fact, LOLZ used to go under the name "kalkrukowski". He changed his name to "LOLZ" after a BTR was filed against him a couple months ago.
