I've never had to fill out a customs form for a plain white envelope... I use the $0.86 stamps, stick it in my mailbox and let it go smile Of course this is for 1-3 cards in a top loader, so nothing to big or heavy.

I've got a Domri Rade NM (Pack to sleeve to binder) and I'm looking to trade that + $7 worth of other cards on my tradeslist for a Grand Prix Promo Lotus Cobra. Domri Rade is currently selling for $13 + Shipping on TCG low and the Promo Cobra is selling for $14 + shipping on TCG low. So basically I'll be giving $20 worth of cards for the promo cobra!
