Would love to trade you for the Tundra, but very tiny amount of your wishlist intersects with my tradelist.
I have tons of stuff to trade, though. Everything in my inventory and tradelist are available to acquire the Tundra, aside from my own revised/unlimited duals and Mana Drains. Everything else is open.

I know they are a tad pricey if you are going for on-the-cheap, but Cabal Coffers and Volrath Stronghold can definitely accelerate any deck with black.

Mark I think I have a lot of what you are looking for but this thread has become completely convoluted.
Can you post, in a different thread, what you still need. I have a ton of AVR and Ill trade for your Temporal, etc to keep it square. My AVR stuff is not on deckbox yet so once I know for sure what you still need I can send you a request.

Several folks at my LGS bought cases or more of AVR and noticed that the trends are towards lumping of mythics and even the same mythics in some instances within a box or two. Personally pulled multiple of the same mythic in two of three boxes I bought. Others saw 5 Tamiyos pulled in 3 boxes, and also 4 Grislebrands (1 addtl one foil) pulled in 4 boxes, yet some opened cases where neither of these showed their faces.
Wizards is did a pretty slick job of collating this set (or completely botched it, depending on your viewpoint) - definitely intending to give folks buying just a few packs a shot at something decent by throwing off the box mappers.

mtgfanatic.com posts foil pricing for most every card foil-available. The harder the foil is to find, the higher it will be compared to its non-foil counterpart. Shards block (all-foil boosters) and anything reprinted as foil in any Duel Decks or newer Promos (such as Elspeth, Knight Errant or Gravecrawler) are going to be fairly close to their non-foil counterparts. Azami, Lady of Scrolls on the other hand is around 10x the regular print cost in foil because that block did not sell as well, has had no reprints as of yet, and is highly sought-after by the EDH community.
