Hello everybody,
I start by apologizing for the inconvenience of this extended downtime period.
A short summary of the events is that our server crashed and we could not reboot it from the hosting administration console. Our (now former) hosting company (http://alienlayer.com) did not respond to our support tickets or calls, and did not reboot the machine for 6 days. As this is obviously unpardonable we have since moved, and purchased a dedicated server at another company (http://hetzner.de).
A couple of years ago when we moved to alienlayer, they seemed to be a small /cheap but up and coming company offering services across the board (shared hosting, VPS, dedicated), with decent reviews by users. Something must have happened in the mean time, because now there's dismal reviews and disgruntled users all over the place.
We've restored the data, everything should be the same as it was the second the server crashed. If you notice anything not working, please let us know, we'll try to iron out the remaining issues today and tomorrow.

Hello. If you go to you inventory and press View -> Export, it should display the export dialog with the extra column selection, and when you click ok it exports a csv file. For us this works. Which step of this process is not working for you? Nothing happens after clicking ok in the dialog?

Hello.
Folders are used for organizing decks. So after you create the folders, you should create some deck in them, then the menus from 'Add to Deck' will show them, and you can add the cards.

Right now we don't have such functionality, but custom tags is something we have planned, so you could create a tag called 'MTGO' and tag cards in your inventory with it. This will not be present in the future update, but it's something we'd like to do during this summer.

Right now we don't have a mobile interface. The website can be used as it is from smartphones, but we don't have a dedicated interface for it. We have some plans for that, but have not started to act on them yet.

The activity feed shows mainly signups from your city or region, deckbox friends' activity on the website (comments, etc). We also have a feeling it's a bit limited, and we will add more events to these feeds, so they don't feel as static when you have not added to many deckbox contacts, and when you are not part of a deckbox community.

We don't have plans to add this in the very near future, but we are considering the ability to add comments on your cards, so that might be used for this in the meantime.

Tawnos is correct, completely deleting a user is problematic, some things like forum posts, deck comments already are quoted and have replies, these cannot be removed, for many reasons.
We can however remove your name, email, login info, set data and friendships from the website if you really want. Please send us an email from your deckbox registered email address to support@deckbox.org if you want to go through with it. Note that if you change your mind, we will not be able to bring back the account and its information to you.
