Done, done and done smile

I think we will change the default setting from 0 to +1.

Hey. We're currently working on changing part of the weird inventory-tradelist interaction. It's coming very soon! (And there will be a button to mark all your inventory cards as tradeable) smile

Hello. We're changing things to allow this, but until then, you can go to your tradelist and add them there using the widget. It will automatically add them to your inventory as well.

Ah so we are indeed supposed to report being ripped to you guys. I thought I read that somewhere, it should be on the trading page with a "report this trade" button to notify you guys.

That's a good idea!

Hello. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We have sent an email to him to try clarifying the situation. If there is no other way to solve this, the trade will be canceled, he gets a negative feedback and gets flagged as untrustworthy, which probably means he cannot trade on deckbox anymore until all open disputes are resolved.

In one of the next updates we will change the canceled trades system as described above. Any trade that has been accepted, and THEN canceled, will have valid feedback assigned, that counts to the user's score, and will be displayed on a user's profile (this also is coming up in the next update).

Yep, that is indeed our current stance on adding new games.

We will come back to you if anything changes though!

The trade list and wish list are different from the inventory though. A lot of us list all the cards in our inventory on this site because it helps us manage cards for decks, and trade, see what we need and where. The trade and wish list being public is one thing, but I think everyone here is not talking about that but about the Inventory, which includes the trade list sure, but is a lot more than just the trade list.

That makes sense. Ok, i've taken note.

Yep, it's an interesting ideea, we shall consider it.

The problem is that making a tradelist or wishlist not public kind of goes against the purpose of the trading platform smile. We would need to exclude a person with a private tradelist from the listings on the card page, from possible trading opportunities, and also we cannot show the 'trading intersection' when other users visit your profile.

Hmm, this is actually not done on purpose. There have been reports of "remember me" problems a while back too.

We will check it out.

Hello,

Nope, right now you cannot edit feedback after you left it. If you made a mistake, please link the feedback here and we will change it for you.

Hello zuko,

We provide the tooltip service free of charge to everybody, because the card names become links to our website, thus enlarging the community.

If you want to use the images without linking to us, I would suggest building a script that saves them on your server, so you can serve them from there instead of hotlinking from us.

You can email us for any other details on that at admin@deckbox.org

Hey Shoe,

The widget was slowing down the profile page, and we've received some negative feedback on its usability and usefulness in its current shape. We have removed it temporarily, but we're adding it back in an extended shape soon (a special trade reports page probably).

This is already in the making. Should be done in next week's update!

Hello. When would you sort by loyalty instead of cost? Is there a specific situation that comes around often?

Cool idea!

Hello Lithl, thanks for the feedback. Card details in decks we haven't gotten to implement yet, but we are working on improvements to details in inventory/ tradelist / wishlist right now, which should address some of your issues.

Hi. This was indeed requested a few times, we really want to add it. We did not yet because it's not on gatherer, so we need to write an importer for magiccards.info.

It will come though, soon. Along with Vanguard smile

Hello. We definitely want to do this! It had a low priority, but we're getting to it smile

Hey quasur,

Thanks for the feedback. The edition / card details handling we are working on right now, so by next week there should be a much improved inventory ui tongue.

I'm not sure about the Promo handling yet, but the additional additional properties like signed are definitely coming.

While adding new games would be pretty cool, and has been requested for a couple of other TCGs also, I'm afraid it will not happen too soon as it adds a lot of work and maintenance overhead.

Towards the end of the year, after we clear out some more of the older requested features from our todo list, we might start thinking about it though smile

Yep, sounds like a good idea!

Is there any way to provide negative feedback without canceling the trade?

Once it's cancelled, it drops off the list of trades that people would see, so I worry that negative feedback wouldn't be too helpful.  Otherwise, I can click I "received" the cards (I didn't), but I still can't leave feedback until they do the same thing.

Hmm, this is a very good point.

I think the issue is that we have to distinguish between 2 situations.

A "canceled trade" which was closed because it was abandoned or someone changed their mind. These kinds of trades should not count as feedback.

On the other hand, a trade that has been canceled after being accepted by both parties, should count. If it's accepted, there has to be a serious reason for cancelation, and feedback is important then.

We'll think about it a little, but I would change the feedback system in this way, making the "accept" button more important.
