I've made a few updates to the article, specifically to include the insurance and issue with envelopes arriving empty. I intend this to be a "living document," and will be glad to include other great suggestions like these.

I've seen other sites have similar problems. PucaTrade for example ended up writing their own pricing code.

I agree with this sentiment. Let's all please let Sebi and his colleagues do what they need over the next few weeks. We've all stuck it out this long (two years for me this June); have some patience and let's see how this pans out. We've all been very vocal here in the forums, which is a good thing. It's better that we're hearing straight from the site owners themselves about these changes and how they plan to alleviate them vs. the Silicon Valley model where giants like Facebook just change what they like willy-nilly.

First and foremost, you guys, this stinks, and I am disappointed in TCG. I was wondering whether they considered their prices some sort of intellectual property, as well as if the marketplace launch intensified their efforts, if for nothing else than stamping out a potential competitor. At any rate, once things stabilize and you get a reliable set of prices, it could turn out to be a strong alternative to what's already out there in the secondary market, which is a good thing.

What precisely are you pulling from Amazon? I've observed a massive range of prices on cards based on the selling price + the shipping price, and it seems a decent percentage of them charge way more than the mean. If you're doing an average of all sellers, that helps, but the padding of shipping prices and sellers' practice of cheap buy price + high shipping price to entice a sale seems unreliable (as I see sebi has already alluded to in a recent reply).

The title says it all. I'd love to collect up to 20 each of the basic Plains and Swamps from Shadowmoor for a Modern BW Spirit deck I play.
Please see my tradelist for anything you'd like. I'd also consider a land swap from other sets. I have a ton of Plains from New Phyrexia and Mountains from Scars of Mirrodin (bought from a Troll and Toad land set).
