Someone who has been playing since the ABU days asked me about keeping track of their inventory, they ended up using cardmarket to trade and find info on sealed product as deckbox didn't support it. So just to point out I know at least one trader who now uses cardmarket lost to deckbox cos of that missing feature.

Just noticed the 2022 Store Championship cards aren't listed https://www.magic.gg/store-championships

I just want to add my voice to those saying - I'd gladly throw a couple of bucks a month or a token $10-20 /year to support this site. I've used it for ages and recommend it to loads of people. But I wouldn't stretch as far as $7/month.

I might have been pushed higher if you had not broken compatibility with the iOS app. That was the main thing I used. Constantly trading in person, I could check quickly what I had.

Or if you had supplied an API so that I or anyone else could play around with the huge amount of data and come up with cool stuff (or just allowed the iOS app to be fixed).

This site is great and has been a really useful tool for me, but $7/month is just too steep a price point for what is being offered at premium. I struggle to think what would have to be added to push that price point to be justified too sad.

Like manjick said earlier, it would be worthwhile exploring different price points. Having 5K people paying $20/year might be better than 500 paying $7/month.

I switched to some 3s and 1s of vamps and try not to have to many multiples of a card as a defence against Detention Sphere. I put in the curses as an alternative win condition on those decks, a damage clock, a doubler of damage and bonuses to vamps that get through.

Stromkirk Captainsand Nighthawks totally put aggro players on the defensive. I'd be tempted to switch out the Exquisite Blood's as you already have lifegain from 7 mobs. Either another nighthawk or some combination of curses - Curse of Stalked Prey and Curse of Bloodletting are great for pumping those counters on the nighthawks. Also consider dropping some Vampire Nocturnus and add in some Necropolis Regent's - maybe 2 of each.

With Necropolis Regent and curse of bloodletting, a 2/3 nighthawk hit's for 4, get's 4 life and 4 +1/+1 counters on it. Rakish Heir or Curse of Stalked Prey add to that. A Vampiric Fury if they don't block makes it 4/3 hitting for 8.

Here's my vampire deck: http://deckbox.org/sets/296863 which is partway through rebuild whilst I try to get missing cards. Not checked out the Gatecrash vampires/curses yet though.

I went to my first ever pre-release having only played 3 months. Day one, I chose Dimir, but had a terrible deck, which I naiively splashed white to include Gideon. After being 0-2 I switched to Grull partway through the day as it included 2 Rubblehulks and ended 2-4. Game one was lost to one of the best players in the country.

Day two I went Grull and pulled 2 Borborygmos Enraged and a Hellkite Tyrant. Bizarrely the only bloodrush I had was Rubblehulk http://deckbox.org/sets/302486. I lost one game to the eventual winner and his Assemble the Legion not helped by me forgetting about the Naturalise in my sideboard. The other loss was my favourite match against a really good Dimir player who managed to lock down Tyrant then Aetherise it and Borborygmos and mill the other Borborygmos before decking me whilst they were on 12 health. Final game I was against a deck with two Legion Loyalists but managed to consistently remove them before they could do anything.

In one match I lost first round to a Lord of the Void, promo pack is placed on table for winner, I won 2-1 and it had a Lord of the Void in it big_smile

I finished at 4-2 and 14/48 (same points as 6th). At the end I looked and I had a pretty good Dimir deck in my sideboard too.

Pulled loads of good cards I wanted and spent a fair while trading afterwords. Met loads of new players in my area too so will try FNM at the second game shop.
