I sold my signed one for $50 on Monday, thinking it would keep tanking. But hey, that's $50 more than I ever expected to sell it for

  • Terry Pin, Turboturtle

I found a media promo printing of Welcoming Vampire on TCGplayer that deckbox doesn't have: https://www.tcgplayer.com/product/55062 … ng-vampire

Oh sick. There's at least one card I can't get in the US (Salvat Vigor), and I'll DM you if I find anything else I'd like to pick up

None of the new special guests are in yet, guys. That'll probably be in the next update

Got it up fast, nice

I had three outgoing packages go missing in december. They don't offer insurance (even though they charge trade fees), so I'm feeling kind of burnt

This is listed as Alien // Copy. The order of the names is sometimes in collector number order but many times it is impossible since the Alien token might get a different collector number in another edition, and I opted to enforce the restriction that if we have "Alien // Copy" already we should not add another card as "Copy // Alien" as that would be too confusing.

Oh, thanks. I thought I checked Alien // Copy, but I guess I missed it

Thanks sebi. The WHO copy // alien (2/2) token is still missing, and I think the WHO token called beast // fish should actually be fish // beast if the names go in collector number order

They were probably approached after they made the public announcement, hence the takesie-backsies. I'd hope that has a negative effect on their value

Ooh, I love condition price adjustment. That was a great feature on other sites. What percents did you use?

Can we please get the Bilbo's Birthday bonus prerelease cards added? https://www.magic.gg/news/the-lord-of-t … ase-primer

I'm proxying a lot more and not worrying about actually getting the cards at some point, because it's so much harder to trade on here versus Puca and the trading scene at my LGS sucks. But the amount I'm playing or spending hasn't changed. I dropped a ton of money at MagicFest Vegas (although most of that was on artists)

Prices are usually close enough to standard, in my opinion. For expensive cards it's worth checking TCG Player, but for cheaper stuff it's a wash

Definitely second leaving a comment to get the other person's attention. Clicking the "propose trade" button should also trigger a notification, but it depends on their settings

~~I'll throw it out here. The Math is for Blockers secret lair has shipped, so I'm looking for the Meadering Towershell from that, both foil and nonfoil~~

Nvm, got it

Delver Lens is $5 a month (much less than what we're saving in Puca membership fees ;u;) and is great for scanning new cards into your collection. I love it

The token with the same name as a card might be a lot of work for you to solve. Wizard said they did not made a black lotus token because they never name token the same name as a card but they broke their rules in the same set. roll

It's not that they never make tokens with the same name as cards. Other than embalm and eternalize, there have been a couple of other example. Maro said that they never make tokens of actual cards, which is true. There's also no Rat Pack or Jace, Mirror Mage token

I don’t envy dealing with the million printings of each rare card these days, to be sure.

Curious though how entering The List stuff works? As I understand it new cards are added each set; I opened an Aether Vial, for instance, which I don’t think was part of it before, and I don’t see an entry on the Aether Vial page.

Thanks for all you do.

The List is weird because it's all the same set, but it slowly changes over time. You probably need to manually update based on the changelog Wizards publishes with each set, which is https://magic.wizards.com/en/articles/a … 2021-06-04 for MH2

You have zero completed trades or purchases based on your feedback, so I'm guessing there was a series of misunderstandings

I wish Deckbox would try some form of crowd-sourced data like TappedOut uses, but I get the impression Sebi doesn't want to take that approach, considering members have offered to help in various ways in the past and he doesn't seem to take them up on it. The whole one-man-operation issue might be a little bit self-inflicted....

TO's user-generated card lists get super janky, especially for reprint sets. It may be that because TO is focused on building decks rather than trading, the particular printing isn't as important, but I've often found that reprinted cards in sets like this just get forgotten

FWIW, all my foil tokens were single-sided, all non-foil were double-sided.

That's correct. 75% of the tokens are double-sided, and 25% are foil on one side with an ad on the back.

No, it's folks like Tweig who require any trade to be at least 30% in his favor (and usually over a fairly large minimum price). I just immediately blacklist those traders

When on another user's page, you can see what cards they want that you have and vice versa. However, if you go wide with your tradelist and wishlist, it can be difficult to see what cards of value you can trade, hidden among all the bulk matches. It would be very useful to be able to sort the column by something other than just alphabetically; at the very least, an option to sort by price.
