Dear DeckBox Administrator.
I have using this website for over a year and I find this site is worth to visit and helpful at handling my ideas for deck creation. I can find cards with certain text, read some list of edh deck, talk a lot about magic related topic, etc and so on.
However, most of the time I tried to search up some deck that has a certain prices. Example such as in Pauper deck, I want the cost of that deck prices need to be more than 6 bucks and less than 25 bucks, in standard, I need a deck that cost up to 80-90 bucks, and mostly use low price cards in their deck.
Therefore, I wish you can realise this feature request because I am totally feeling unhappy not able to see the right result in what my search shows.

What is the use of it? And for what reason they put it there?

After I played a few games with some player using this deck, I think having a Mental Misstep for 2(since Its the only amount I have in my Inventory) in my SB is needed.
What do you think? Which card should be pulled out from there?
Also, I found out the weakness in this deck while facing a deck that contain a spellskite as my opponent. The sorin's thirst isn't able to kill that creature. So I was thinking about adding up Grasp of Darkness instead of Thirst.

Alright, thats done... But there problem in your suggestion.
1) I don't think I can afford on buying a card that is more than $2 bucks. Besides, I have 1 Dismember and two Tezzeret's Gambit. And besides, Darkslick Shores cost WaY More than $2 bucks!
2) Drowned Catacomb is also unaffordable to me(unless I do have some luck at getting in opening one of the M12 Packs) so I will make Jwar Isle Refuge 4 with 3 Halimar Depths in the mean time.
3)Instead of Tumble magnet, can't I use Shrine of Piercing vision for finding the pieces of the Empires Toolkit? The way for me to get all three of those artifact seems a little bit... too slow...
4) How good do you think Life's Finale is with this deck as a Day of Judgement ability?

I need some advice on building a standard deck based on the three Artifact from M12 Core set(Crown Of Empires Scepter of Empires Throne of Empires) in Blue and Black(UB).
I gave already prepare the decklist of it:

8 Island
12 Swamp
3 Tectonic Edge
2 Ponder
2 Crown of Empires
2 Doom Blade
4 Merfolk Looter
3 Myr Sire
3 Perilous Myr
3 Reassembling Skeleton
3 Blistergrub
1 Cancel
2 Devouring Swarm
1 Dismember
2 Divination
2 Scepter of Empires
2 Stoic Rebuttal
2 Diabolic Tutor (Key Finder, Cannot take out)
2 Throne of Empires
1 Vengeful Pharaoh(Blocking opponent creature/Destroy target attacking Creature)
1 Consecrated Sphinx (Finding Answers faster than Azure Mage)
I can't think of any cards that have benefits for my side board in this deck
So the advice that I need is:
1) What should be out, and replace for this kind of a deck?
Ps~Please state any cards other than the Titans or the plansewalker. Spellskite Will go unheard.
2) How Many "CounterSpell" Shall be add and what card shall be replace for that Spell?
3) How to make this deck more Controllable so it can withstand heavy aggro?
Ps~Please use cheap/Never-think-of Cards too if you can...
