Essentially I would like to determine which booster pack would be most valuable to me, by determining how many cards per edition/set that I have on my wish list.
example:
10 M14
7 Gatecrash
etc

I would say that all decks are 'out decks' until you update the quantity in your inventory.
Example:
Create a deck, fill it with some cards not in your inventory. When you look at your deck counts, you should notice that your inventory count didn't increase.

That would be awesome in theory, but hard to implement I would think.
