Even though I have the order set to sort by Name (default), all of my decks are showing in modified order. The green arrow is on the Name column (like normal), so I know it's not set to display by the modified date.

I did this for a friend and ended up writing a Python script to convert the editions and everything else to make the export usable by DeckBox.

I don't understand all of the complaining. The free services sebi's given us for so long (which haven't changed for any of us) are fantastic, which is why we've all been using the site for so long.
Don't want to pay for the new stuff? Don't.
Have some gratitude for everything we're gotten so far and keep getting for free and don't hate on sebi because he's trying to get paid for his time without actually impacting any of us.
I had previously paid $30 for MTGStudio and dropped it for this site because it was easier to use. I'd happily have paid $30 for this site as-is without any of the updates. Like others though, I'd be ok with paying for it, but not at the asking prices. =o(

Perhaps I'm a meathead (probably), but I'm trying to do this too and can't figure out where the in depth search functions are.
I want to sort my inventory by color, CMC, and then name (alphabetized). Is there a way to do this? I couldn't find anything in the help section.

I love this site and was using it way before I started trading on it (which is awesome). Not having prices is rough, but I'm willing to give the DB team time to work out alternatives. People attacking them without having patience is insane IMO.
They've stated that they need a reliable way to generate income to keep providing this free site. I can understand that. I'm willing to give them time to figure it out, and I'll just work around the pricing issue in the meantime.
A ton of users here don't even use the pricing, they just use it for inventory management and deck building. People complaining are the vocal minority.

Then perhaps selling cards online using a marketplace like this or many others isn't for you. If you were serious about selling cards using these types of tools, rather than something like eBay, you'd either not list stuff in your trade binder, tell the guy you need to pull it from your sale list first, or find some way to remove it from your sale list on site (phone) before agreeing to the trade.
I'm also not sure it's important to write walls of text explaining what you find lacking with regards to an inventory management tool. I'm assuming that if you sell through TCGplayer you don't get the inventory functionality remotely close to deckbox. That was the point of the initial reference to inventory management.

Thanks. I should also point out that this problem is fairly recent and not always the case. Now it's working well for me on my iPhone.
I wonder if it may have to do with some of the ads. I can see the ad now and it loads quickly. I'll look to see if I see an ad or not when it's not working well.

I access the site with an iPhone, iPad, and a PC. I have various issues with all of them.
iPhone/iPad: Most of the time, the main frame of the page won't load and it just shows a progress bar for a long time. I'm calling the main frame the area in the center of the screen where deck lists are shown, inventory is shown, tradelists are shown, trade info is listed, etc. It makes it unusable on iOS devices for me.
PC: On the PC I have similar experiences. The main frame takes a long time to load, though I've found a shortcut - I hit the X button to stop the page from loading and all of a sudden the main frame pops open. I assume this is related to the iOS issues.
Perhaps there's some script or something impacting the display of the main frame (I'm not a web developer, so it's just a guess)?

You can copy other people's decks. Once you do this, you'll be able to see how many cards of each you are short. Not as efficient, but it's a solution.

I have a large collection, and I love trading any cards that aren't currently in a deck. It'd be nice if there was some hook to mark anything unused as trade-able. I thought of a few options:
- a function to mark all cards not in decks as tradeable. This includes cases where I have 4 copies and only one is in a deck. This gets complicated if there are multiple entries for a card.
- provide a deck count column in the inventory export. This would allow me to export, tweak in Excel to use formulas to update the tradelist count, clear my inventory, and then import the new .csv file. I don't mind doing this work, but there's no options for deck count int he export.
Some more manual options (but possibly easier for the developers) are:
- filter/sort collection based on number of cards in trade list. This would let me look for cards that aren't in the trade list to add them easily.
