Is there any automated way to do this?

I know how to save MTGO collection in .csv file, but there's no way to import it.

if you copy and paste from the CSV to the mass card import tool it should work fine. there is no way for it to import set/foil-ness in a bulk batch only name and number owned

Have you tried this?
You can't just copy-paste data from .csv, because it looks like this:

Think Twice,2,0,C,ISD,83/264,No
Avacyn's Pilgrim,4,0,C,ISD,170/264,No
Hamlet Captain,4,0,U,ISD,187/264,No
Curse of the Pierced Heart,4,0,C,ISD,138/264,No
...

Open the .csv in Excel or some other spreadsheet program. The program will attempt to separate all the data into columns using comma as the break point.

if you don't have access to a spreadsheet program on your computer, google docs does this very well.

If you need assistance, attach the csv and i'll parse it out for you. It wont take long at all.

Thanks, good sir. Have an upvote!

It worked, but with a few tweaks.
Here's what you have to do.
1. Open .csv in Google docs/Excel, delete columns 3-5, then swap columns 1 and 2. Save as .csv again.
2. Copy-paste everything in Word, and then Find+Replace all commas with blank spaces.
3. Profit!

Thanks for the updating and letting us know how it worked for you! My question is: Is there an easy way to keep your MTGO inventory sperate from your physical card inventory? I really wish this was an option under properties.

I know this is an old thread, but I cannot find an answer anywhere else.

I do not fully understand step 2... I have opened the original .csv in wordpad and replaced all commas with blank spaces. Now what? Save it as plain text then rename manually to .csv and try to upload it? That didn't work for me.

Can someone please let me know how I can get my mtgo collection added to deckbox without having to manually type in all 6500 card?

*EDIT: NM, it doesn't look like deckbox can track digital cards/prices. Guess I'll have to look elsewhere.
