1 vs 1 (tournament) or multiplayer?

I'd prefer 1 vs 1, I can see multiplayer becoming very stagnant without powerful spells mixing it up.

Multiplayer should be interesting and different without sweepers, well, different anyway, and I'd like to see how it plays out (or how long the 4 player huge army standoff lasts before somebody gets bored and charges at an arbitrary opponents army).

Single player might be a bit more focused, but may actually end up even more stagnant.

How about we play each other for one game in 1v1 then finish up with a multiplayer?
