I'm looking to pick up 1-3 of these, and I'm willing to do partial trade partial cash, all trade, or all cash. If I'm trading standard cards, I will trade them under value. If I'm spending cash, I'm willing to pay 10% less than tcgplayer low (assuming same condition, and there's not some crazy outlier at the time).
