Welcome to the format! From the looks of your list it seems that building on a budget is a priority for you. With that in mind, I have to warn you a five-color deck may be an ambitious starting point. My first suggestion is to consider your mana base in order to avoid the frustrating games where you can't get the colors you need. Playing the Vivid lands, and the cycle of shard lands are a good place to start when it comes to trying to support five colors on a budget. Another thing to consider is theme. As the previous commenter asked, what do you want your deck to do? EDH is awesome in the sense that a more casual environment and the singleton limitation allow you to really build around an idea, whether it be mechanical, flavorful, or whatever. "Thematic" deckbuilding helps you really hone in on your card choices, especially in a five-color deck where almost every card is legal to play. Some of these cards may be on the expensive side, but many are very much within the budget of this deck. Lists like these are good for filling in the spots of your deck when you've exhausted the cards that work for your theme. Overall though the format's generally casual and social nature promote deck building through exploration and learning game to game, so I say put something together and start playing.
