In general I find most people use the tcgplayer mid (or market). Some use the prices deckbox provides as they are normally close enough.

Value is entirely subjective. Most people use either TCG Market prices for accuracy, or Deckbox prices for simplicity. There's also TCG Mid, Low, Buylist, and SCG pricing that can all be good data points. Every one of these prices has its own merits, and flaws. I'd say put in your profile what pricing you'd prefer to use, and when you're trading with someone, pay attention to what pricing scheme they say they prefer in their profile.
