I'm doing my best based on card condition, but I expect for the expensive stuff, people are going to want to see them. I don't have photos uploaded yet, but I can add them. But in cases of less visible issues, what then? I have one or two with a minor crease, fold, or indent and I have one that was literally pinned to a corkboard at one point. The pinhole is pretty unnoticable on the back and has a small white mark on the front where the pin came out. What's the protocol here? I have it listed in very poor condition right now even though it's actually very good other than the pinhole.

That scg guide is super helpful, I can upgrade a lot of my LP cards to NM. I was under the impression that any noticable wear at all downgraded them to LP

I found staying loyal to one grading scale will help reduce errors. Setting a base condition for sets also works well. Most of my cards are set to "Played" condition, better conditions for newer sets, and adjusted for specific cards. Pinholes would be damaged. If the card had an impression of an object like a small piece of grit and you could feel it through the card without it poking through, cosmetically it is played. If the surface of the card is missing the printed stock it's going to be poor or damaged. Hope this helps.
