I'm trying to mass delete all my cards. Every source I see says to select all the rows then go to "Card actions > Remove". But I don't see the Card Actions menu anywhere! Am I stupid?

Actually the button has been renamed at some point to "With Selected", it's in the table header, and has all the actions that can be done on selected cards. If you select all cards with the checkbox in the header, you will then be prompted if you want to select all pages in the set.
