Implemented a bunch of improvements for the mobile web UI, added the settings page and a few distinct view modes for sets: Images (Spoiler view), Medium grid, Compact grid, Stacked. Various other styling and UX fixes.

Added an inline image upload support for the forum posts, that I will now immediately use to post a couple of screenshots of the aforementioned view modes :)
