How many cards in a deck should have Loyality icon as on Capital board?
I heard that should be 50% of cards. But i can't find anything in rules or on internet.

i believe that its an advice 4 the workflow of ur deck (or maybe an internal player-club rule who ever said that)

but i havnt read the actual rules myself....

hav u seen that lil "tools" butten up right?

mouseover n click "statistics" - gives u a guess of what ur first 2-3 turns might happen with the deck u prepared so far

when u believe its aight, click it several times n see if u can deal with like 90% of those results as ur starter-phase n so on

then think if what u got n what might follow - if it would save ur behind a bit from some other decks stings

^^

There is no rule regarding this. You can have a deck full of dwarves and use an Empire capital board if you want, it would just be dumb. I'm not sure if you can use a Destruction board with an order deck, but again, why would you want to?

I don't know what the recommended "mixture" is though.
