Is there any card that gives you the ability to use more than four of a card in a deck?

I know you can have more than four Relentless Rats because that's their ability.

Relentless Rats and basic lands are the only cards you can have more than four of in a deck.

Shadowborn Apostle is one, and some sites suggest it will be part of the 2014 core set.
