Hey guys, I'm still new to MGT but have been doing a lot of reading and I think I've got an ok deck. I'm just looking for some suggestions and input. Not looking for a high priced deck, just something fun and effective.

Thanks in advance!!

The first thing that sticks out to me is the milling cards you have in here. You don't have enough to win by decking your opponent out, and what you have is detracting from the rest of the deck. I would probably ditch all the stuff that says 'put cards from library into graveyard' in favor of more burn, and counter magic.

So that's what you take out, here's some stuff to put in:
Searing Spear - the best two mana burn spell in standard right now.
Dissipate - probably the best counter spell in standard right now.
Mizzium Mortars - good for either spot removal, or a one sided board wipe later in the game.
Unsummon - cheap guttersnipe trigger, and can bounce a creature so you can counter it later.

with all these added spells, I might also recommend adding Delver of Secrets, as he is Guttersnipe's best friend.

I hope that helps!

izzet decks tend to run a lot more spells (non creature) than other decks so look for any cards that would benefit off that. Grim Lavamancer and Talrand, the Sky summoner would be great focal cards to build around for an izzet deck and they're not very expensive at around 2 dollars each.
