[Modern][Opinions] RUG Eternal Command

I hope I can get some feedback from everyone here who looks at this subforum! I'm looking to improve this here deck to the point at which I can theoretically take it to a local shop's Modern tourneys. Unfortunately, I don't have the $600 to drop on Tarmogoyfs... Any other suggestions are welcome and appreciated, though!
