Question For you Guys!

Hey everyone. I have a situation that I'm not sure how to handle. I received some cards today that were packaged in a plain white envelope (which is fine on my part), but the individual didn't tape up the top loader. The cards came out and are totally jacked up and bent now. How do I handle something like this or can anything be done about it?
