I believe that it is a tcgplayer and deckbox error, someone probably put up a ice age plains on tcgplayer for 225 dollars just to cause problems with sites that data scrape tcgplayer. The same happened with the unhinged card _______________________ which was like 100 dollars when really it is a .50 card. Double check your prices when trading make sure they are what they say they are on deckbox. Sometimes card prices get messed up due to funky listings.
EDIT: So my assumption was correct. If you go onto tcgplayer, you can look up the ice age plains and find that MTGCardzForYou is selling a single ice age plains for 225.
