Is Foil equals False filter doesn't work

Adding the filter criteria of "Is Foil" equals False yields no results when I run it against my Tradelist or Wishlist.  If I run it against my inventory then the only card that I get back is a card that is marked as being signed.  Values of both Indifferent and True work fine with the filter.
