Card condition options, photos

Moving toward the marketplace, I believe we need more card condition options. At a minimum: mint, near mint, very fine, fine, good. If I'm buying or selling, I have higher expectations about card quality.

In addition, and especially if additional card grading options are not available, we will need the ability to post actual card photos/scans, or links to photos/scans.
