A couple more small fixes today:

* fixed type issue with Myr // Spirit
* properly added Smite // Herd // Saw, it was listed under Smite. Same for Bind // Liberate
* fixed image for Ghazban Ogress

I can get pictures for Kaya.  I noticed she wasn't in there last night when I was inputting cards.  Let me know if you need.

Hello!

First, thanks for the great work.

Mystery booster card prices are very weird. I got, for example, a Creeping Mold that is U$0.25 showing for U$88,00. It happens with a lot of the cards from the set.

Also, the foils are not added.
