Topic: Unanswered Support & Feedback ticket

I submitted a support & feedback ticket back in November 2022 that still has not been answered. Just wondering if I should close that ticket and re-submit or is there another way to follow up on it? I did respond to the ticket a couple of times asking for an update but still no response.

Sebi, what's the plan there? I also have multiple unanswered messages.  I thought Premium was supposed to expect 1-2 day response time.  I'm sure you're behind because you're busy, but is there a chance we could expect you to be able to do a catch-up? Should we just resubmit?

Yep, I'm working on catching up. Some tickets I did read but I want to do something actionable before responding, like thinking about the proposal, or fix the bug, and then when I prioritize something else they get stuck in limbo and I fall behind.

Working on it this next week, I will triage and get up to date.
