The current API we have pulls the TCGPlayer Average price. It looks like one or more merchants have listed the card at a very high price point (I saw one at $250), so that has skewed the average.
We are hoping to get an updated API (or a fix) to let us pull the TCGPlaer Median (the price at the middle of the list), to provide a more realistic "average" (typical) price. The technical hows and whens depend on Sebi and company, so I cannot speculate as to when we may see such a change.
