I want to know what are some of the wackest cards you can think of. I'm building a choas commander deck they don't have to be good for me but that helps, as long as it messes up everyone else's plans. Card like scramblverse, grip of chaos, and knowlage pool r a few but I need more ideas

Warp World and Wild Evocation are both on theme.
Additionally, Brand and Insurrection could be added to augment your chaotic theme and help you win the game.

hibernation is a fun card to play, and fairly cheap at that
