Topic: Looking to maybe buy competitive EDH deck

I want to get into edh, preferable NIN, The Pain Artist but would rather buy the majority of a deck then slowly improve it instead of buy 100 singles.

What's your budget look like? I have a keranos EDH deck that could easily be converted to Nin.
My budget really is up in the air, like I can be convinced into a lot of things.
Or if someone is sick of a deck and wants to keep pieces and sell me the shell that works too.
For Example:
Someone Has a Nin deck, doesnt want it anymore, but would want to keep their fetches/jace/duals or whatever else is in it that's decently expensive.
(I still have a USea and a Bayou, but that's about it for high value cards if someone wants to take cards to lower the price)
I can trade (or sell) a lot of the cards needed to start constructing a Nin deck if you want.
I'm also looking to come up with/improve upon a list, I have one currently but it's mediocre i think...
It's not UR but I have an elfball deck that started as the mono green precon with some heavy modifications I could sell you.

The list is not 100% up to date but let me know if you might be interested.
If you have any interest in a Grixis deck, I have a competitive French banlist 1v1 Thraximundar deck that I'd be interested in selling.
deck list for thrax?
Update if I go with Nin
Decklist in progress with maybe-board is here: http://deckbox.org/sets/873930
I'm looking for advice as well
Here is the decklist for Thrax: https://deckbox.org/sets/874258
I did remove a few pieces that I would prefer to keep (Snapcaster, Thoughtseize, Lands) because I only have one playset throughout my collection, but the vast majority of the deck's core is present. (plus, I can fill in with other similar pieces if you want me to)
I've played the deck to very great success, but realized that French EDH wasn't my cup of tea, and I haven't played it for quite some time. Therefore, the list there is very much open for trade or sale.
