Topic: Technical Support Response Times

Hello,

I'm a premium user who has been waiting for several business days to get an emergency backup. I have no way to track my support submissions or even receive confirmation that they have been received, and I'm finding it quite frustrating. I feel like the response time in the past was much better, and this was before I was a paying user.

Can someone from the support team please provide me with an ETA on when I can expect action? I don't mind waiting for it, but, as I've stated, right now I have no indication that the support team has even received my case.

Your support cases are tracked in "Messages". The link is in the sidebar as the top link under "My Favorites". Or http://deckbox.org/messages.

Answered yesterday, responses are in 'Messages' as d72b has mentioned.  They were a  couple of days late indeed. Inventory recoveries are not trivial, and I was a bit backed up by tasks. Will not happen again.
