Topic: Where do I get help for a bad trader?

Opened a trade at the end of Feb, confirmed. I sent, but he hasn't and I haven't heard from him since March 1st. Checked the bad trading forum, but it says I don't have permission to post. What do I do?

Within the trade itself, on the top corner, there is a link for "Support/Dispute". Follow the prompts and it will send an auto message to the Deckbox staff and other user.
