W: Nissa, Lily, Slivers, EDH H: Lists

EDIT: I've added some of the stuff from my Origins prerelease. Despite my best efforts I did not acquire the Nissa and Liliana I was after so they are now 2 of my higher priority targets. Take a look at my lists for these however please note I will likely not trade expensive Modern staples for these. Thanks!
