New Seller obligatory post and question

Hello all,  I just started selling on deckbox.  I have some fresh M19 cards and a few modern staples. 

My question is about the billing process.  I read the terms and I'm pretty sure you only get "billed" if you sell something?  correct?  i won't get a bill in a month if nothing moves right?
