Transfer TCGPlayer CSV to deckbox

So long story short I recently got back into MTG. I would like to use this site to track my card collection. I spent the last 2 hours scanning every card I ever owned through the TCGPlayer App, Formerly Scryglass. However, the CSV file isn't compatible with deckbox. I would like to continue to be able to scan cards into my collection. I searched the forums and found this post: https://deckbox.org/forum/viewtopic.php?id=30026 . I am wondering if there is a utility that would allow me to convert this easily without literally rewriting the entire 700+ card spreadsheet into the correct format. Any ideas or help will be greatly appreciated! I will include my current csv file as well. Thanks!
