Topic: h: sl30th foils (mox/elsp/shark/necro), w: nonfoil

the one time I don't want foil versions is the time they land- hit some of the "winners" and would like to turn them into nonfoils with a lil extra:
chrome mox
elspeth
shark typhoon
necropotence
